ARTEF ist eine Vereinigung von europäischen Filminstitutionen, Verbänden und Mitgliedern der Filmindustrie zur Sensibilisierung und Umsetzung von Anti-Rassismus im Europäischen Film (ARTEF- Anti-Racism Taskforce for European Film).
Gegründet wurde ARTEF 2020 mit dem Ziel die Aufmerksamkeit für rassistische Ansätze und Themen im Film zu schärfen. Mitglieder von ARTEF bekommen nicht nur Informationen, sondern in regelmäßigen Abständen werden Trainingsveranstaltungen zu diesem Thema angeboten.
Bislang hat sich noch keine europäische Animationsfilm-Institution zu ARTEF bekannt. Wir als AG Animationsfilm finden, dass auch in der Animation das Thema Anti-Rassimus eine wichtige Rolle spielen muss. Wir möchten euch als Mitglieder der AG die Möglichkeit bieten, euch dazu weiter zu informieren und fortzubilden.
Die erste Möglichkeit gibt es bereits beim London Film Festival.
Wer also gerade in Großbritannien ist, kann sehr gern über uns als AG Animationsfilm daran teilnehmen. Meldet euch dazu in der Geschäftsstelle, wir vernetzen euch.
